4. Keep Ups
5. Passing but I run to different places to receive the ball
6. Striking

8. Defending - stay in front / get in there way
9. Catching
10. Sprinting practise
11. Striking vs passing vs volleys vs corners
12. Throw ins
13. Commands - GO FORWARD, GET BACK, PASS, LOOK (KEEP), GET IN FRONT / DEFEND
